I create safe spaces for brave leaders to grow.

Salām! (سَلَامٌ )
I am Fatma. I'm a coach, facilitator, and spaceholder who weaves together psychology, somatic healing, and leadership practices. My work centers on creating cocoons of safety — for individuals, leaders, and communities — where transformation can unfold.

Who I Work With?

Whether I’m guiding an entrepreneur through a 3-month journey of personal leadership, or designing a retreat for a corporate leadership team, my approach is always the same: safety first, truth-telling, and the art of connection.

Community Leaders & Faith Gatherings

Supporting local leaders — from social justice activists to faith leaders — in creating gatherings that unify, listen deeply, and restore harmony to the collective field.

Why leaders are being called to go deeper now

We live in a time of rupture: ecological, social, spiritual.
Surface-level solutions are not enough. Leaders must be willing to enter the deeper layers — to examine their own wounds, blind spots, and conditioning. Because the quality of leadership we offer the world can only go as deep as the work we’ve done within ourselves.

To step into this new depth of leadership, we must learn how to:

  • Cultivate inner safety — building awareness of our nervous system, emotions, and inner narratives so we lead from clarity, not reactivity.
  • Confront shadow and bias — naming the unconscious patterns, fears, and conditioning that silently shape how we show up.
  • Transform relationships — creating safety in how we give feedback, repair harm, and set boundaries, so trust can flourish.
  • Design safe and brave spaces — whether with a team, a community, or a movement, shaping environments where diversity, authenticity, and courage are welcomed.
  • Integrate healing and leadership — recognizing that real change is not just intellectual or strategic, but embodied, relational, and systemic.
  • Model regenerative leadership — allowing systems to self-heal through intentional spaceholding, accountability, and a willingness to go where others won’t.

Stories of Transformation

Hear how we spark clarity, connection, and real change for corporate teams and mission-driven communities.

“Fatma has the gift of curating spaces that feel like home. She guides you back to yourself, with glimpses of who you’re meant to be.

I’ve had the ultimate pleasure of witnessing her work this magic in on: one and group settings, virtually and in real life.

She brings wisdom beyond her years, borrowed across time and space and effortlessly weaves it into the present.”

Over 7+ years at ThinkHuman, I helped transform a values-driven leadership company into a widely recognized force in the HR and culture space. As an early team member, I led efforts to grow our community from a few hundred to 20,000+ engaged members through events, partnerships, and authentic storytelling.

I designed high-impact gatherings that sparked deep conversations—on race, masculinity, racial justice and more—and wove our community strategy directly into our business model. I helped shape company culture from the inside, trained facilitators, and built a content and events team rooted in emotional intelligence and purpose.

Our gatherings became known for honesty, depth, and transformation—laying the foundation for a community strategy that still fuels the business today.

"We’ve been working side-by-side on capacity and community-building for Samana Valley. Fatma's dedication, professional experience and insight have been invaluable.

Her work is both heart-led and skillfully crafted; an inspiring combination that leaves a lasting mark on everyone she works with. I’m grateful for the friendship we’ve built over the years, and I feel honored for the many co-creations we’re bringing to life together on this path."

overview

One of the communities I’m actively co-leading is Samana Valley, an emerging ecovillage in Tunisia. During a recent phase of reorganization, deep tensions and interpersonal conflicts surfaced.

Instead of avoiding them, we listened.

Together, we uncovered unmet needs in the field, unresolved dynamics, and unspoken grief — not as problems to be fixed, but as invitations to grow. Through rituals, group processes, honest dialogue, and deep listening, we began to realign — not just as individuals, but as a community.

This experience reminded me that:

The health of the whole system is reflected in our closest relationships. If we want a more just world, we must begin with how we gather.

For Planeteer’s second global residency—this time in Tunis—I co-designed an immersive experience rooted in connection, creativity, and cultural depth. From intention-setting and group facilitation to sound healing and sacred rituals, I helped shape a gathering that felt both intimate and expansive.

Joscha, the co-founder and a longtime friend, invited me to co-design the experience—bringing my lens on relational intelligence, cultural nuance, and energetic flow.

  • Designing the full arc of the weeklong residency, including intention-setting, flow, and group dynamics
  • Selecting meaningful venues and sacred-feeling spaces for gatherings
  • Curating facilitators and ensuring their contributions were aligned and well-placed
  • Holding a Sufi-inspired sound and prayer session for Palestine
  • Co-designing and co-hosting a community mantra singing circle during the Saturday gathering with my dear friend and sound practitioner Priya
  • Co-designing a celebratory festival-like day to welcome a wider community of Tunisian leaders and creative peers
  • Supporting emotional and relational cohesion throughout the week—bridging, tending, listening

I also offered on-the-ground care: birthday surprises, impromptu reflections, one-on-one conversations, and real-time adjustments to keep the field coherent.

Connect. Convene. Create.

Alongside group and individual coaching, I weave in somatic practices using sound, movement and water practices to ensure growth is felt, embodied and sustainable—not only understood.
